Cos M. Mallozzi, President and CEO, New York – Cos has more than 30 years of experience in consumer and business-to-business product/brand marketing, government, public affairs and corporate public relations. Cos joined G&S in 1975, was named president in 1986 and CEO in 1992. He currently oversees the day-to-day management for the agency and plays an active role in all client businesses, specifically in the areas of strategic planning and counsel, message development and overall program design. Prior to G&S, Cos worked in public relations for Siena College and Hudson Valley Community College and served as a legislative aide to then Congressman Donald Mitchell of the 31st District of New York. Cos holds a B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations from Syracuse University and is active on the Board of Directors of The Scleroderma Foundation.
Luke A. Lambert, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, New York – Luke plays an integral role with several of the agency’s consumer home, building products and technology clients, specifically in the areas of strategic planning, message/brand development, program design, industry analyst relations, employee communications and issues/crisis management. Luke joined G&S in 1996 with a broad background in corporate marketing, public relations and advertising, having held senior marketing positions at one of the 30 largest CPA firms in the U.S. and a national software company. Luke holds a B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations from Syracuse University.
Robert H. Bowman, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Raleigh – Bob manages Gibbs & Soell’s operations in the Southeast out of the agency's Raleigh office. He has gained a wide range of industry experience in more than 30 years with the agency, which includes working in the New York office and managing the Chicago office for more than 10 years, prior to opening the Raleigh office in 1988. Bob has been involved in all aspects of client account management and service, with particular emphasis in science-based industries serving clients in agribusiness, home and building products, and technology. Bob graduated with a B.S. in Journalism from The Ohio State University.
Jeff Altheide, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Chicago – Since joining G&S in 1981, Jeff has directed customer communications, media relations, association relations, corporate identity and public affairs programs for a number of industrial, agricultural and technology clients. He currently manages operations for G&S’s Chicago office and plays an active role on a number of the agency’s accounts there. Jeff holds a B.S. in Agricultural Communications from the University of Illinois, and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Marketing from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
Jill Allemang, Managing Director, Gibbs & Soell Zurich – Jill manages the agency’s European organization out of its office in Zurich. Prior to joining G&S in 2007, she gained 20 years of international client service and business management experience, including serving as the global business director for a U.S. Fortune 100 manufacturing company while based in Switzerland. She also was the European Managing Director for a U.S. learning consultancy where she specialized in working with CEO’s and executive teams to communicate corporate strategy with employees in the UK, Continental Europe, and Asia. Jill holds a master’s degree in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University, and both a master’s degree in Journalism and a bachelor’s degree in Education from The Ohio State University.
