Cos M. Mallozzi, Chairman and CEO, New York – Cos has more than 30 years of experience in consumer and business-to-business product/brand marketing, government, public affairs and corporate public relations. Cos joined G&S in 1975, was named president in 1986, CEO in 1992, and chairman in 2009. He currently oversees and drives the vision of the agency and fuels its overall growth. Prior to G&S, Cos worked in public relations for Siena College and Hudson Valley Community College and served as a legislative aide to then Congressman Donald Mitchell of the 31st District of New York. Cos holds a B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations from Syracuse University and is active on the Board of Directors of The Scleroderma Foundation.


Luke A. Lambert, President, New York – Luke is responsible for the agency’s global operations and performance, including the firm’s client service, business development and strategic growth initiatives. His diverse, 20-year background of agency, corporate and consulting experience brings clients a fresh perspective on their business with an eye toward fully integrated marketing and communications programs with results that resonate in the boardroom. Luke joined G&S in 1996 after holding senior marketing positions at one of the 30 largest CPA firms in the U.S. and a national software company. Luke is a prominent leader of the Council of PR Firms and serves as co-chair of its Agency Management Committee. He is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and is a frequent industry speaker and contributor on the topics of public relations and marketing trends. Luke holds a B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations from Utica College of Syracuse University.


Audra Hession, Vice President and Managing Director, New York – Audra is responsible for managing client service, office operations and staff development in the agency’s New York headquarters office.  Armed with experience in consumer and business-to-business communications, she guides account teams in the consumer lifestyle and building solutions sectors. Prior to Gibbs & Soell, Audra held communications positions at Revlon Corporation and Exxon Company International, where she focused on corporate initiatives ranging from internal communications to crisis management. She is a member of International Furnishings and Design Association and an associate member of the American Society of Interior Designers, National Kitchen & Bath Association, and the U.S. Green Building Council. Audra holds a B.A. in Advertising from the University of Bridgeport and an M.S. in Corporate Public Relations from Boston University.


Kerry Henderson, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Raleigh – Kerry manages Gibbs & Soell’s operations in the Southeast out of the agency’s Raleigh office. She joined the agency in 1995 and was named a senior vice president in 2006, prior to her appointment as head of the Raleigh office in 2010. Kerry currently oversees multiple account teams and has extensive experience serving business-to-business clients in the agribusiness and food industries. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and the National Agri-Marketing Association. Kerry earned a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.


Doug Hampel, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Chicago – Doug joined G&S in 1986 and currently manages operations for the agency’s Chicago office. During his tenure, Doug has provided strategy recommendations and guided communications programs for a wide range of clients within several of the agency’s core industry segments, including building solutions, consumer lifestyle, advanced manufacturing and agribusiness. He holds a B.S. in journalism from Northern Illinois University and earned the Certified Business Communicator professional designation from the Business Marketing Association.


Kevin HorsleyKevin Horsley, Vice President and Managing Director, Zurich – Kevin was appointed in 2010 to lead the agency’s Switzerland operations, Gibbs & Soell GmbH, and oversee client service and day-to-day business activities from its international hub in Zurich. Kevin brings more than 30 years of international communications, agency management and journalism experience with organizations based in the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Prior to joining Gibbs & Soell, he held senior communications positions and consulted at top-tier companies in the advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and energy industries, including Clariant International, F. Hoffman-La Roche and Perkins Engines, a subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc. He has also managed his own PR and marketing consultancy which served business-to-business and consumer accounts. Before launching his PR and marketing career, Kevin spent 12 years working for leading regional and national newspapers in the United Kingdom.
